The room named Granny Smith is on the ground floor, Braeburn on the second floor with all the other rooms on the first floor accessible by stairs.

Cornwall is a stunning part of England and St Ives is the perfect base from which to explore further.
The beaches in and around St Ives are lovely with their golden sands. Most have friendly cafes for snacks or meals.
The town of St Ives has a great collection of shops, from surf and lifestyle clothing to modern art galleries. It also boasts some wonderful dining experiences from bakers to fine dining restaurants.
There are also some lovely coastal walks in the St Ives Bay area.
